Tasks
- Support the design and planning of energy-efficient and sustainable HVAC systems, contributing technical expertise and innovative solutions.
- Perform site supervision and quality assurance to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Prepare tender documentation and support the procurement and evaluation of technical services.
- Perform HVAC system calculations and review technical drawings and construction documents to ensure technical accuracy.
- Design, coordinate, and oversee building services engineering projects throughout all project phases.
- Prepare project specifications and provide engineering support to project teams, clients, and contractors.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Participate in commissioning activities and provide technical support during system start-up and handover.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of system performance, energy efficiency, and engineering quality.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in the design and engineering of HVAC systems, including chillers, heat pumps, and cooling systems.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD or Revit) and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to prepare technical documentation, project specifications, and review engineering drawings.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary project teams and supporting commissioning activities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Good command of English; German language skills are an advantage.
- Visa sponsorship is available for qualified international candidates.
Gehalt: 55.000,00€ - 70.000,00€ pro Jahr
