What You'll Do
- Support the problem-solving process, utilizing methodologies such as A3, 8D Methodology, Six Sigma, and Shainin.

Assist the implementation of precise containment actions by conducting in-depth root cause analyses (utilizing methods like 5-Why, Ishikawa).

Extract meaningful insights and drive actions from production data, process parameters, and their correlation to identified problems related to self-test procedures or electronic components investigations.

Contribute to the project that measures the Key Performance Indicators for the Quality team and spearhead initiatives to achieve established goals.

Drive special tasks, projects, and programs within the General Assembly Quality Engineering Electronics lab team under direct coordination of Electronics engineer.

Develop electronic component testers with direct support from electronic engineers and using these testers for root cause analysis in the daily work.

Gain insights into Tesla's operations, Technology, and Production processes that contribute to the electrical component failure or self-test procedure interruptions.
What You'll Bring
- Experience in JIRA, Confluence, and coding (SQL, Python) is a plus

Technical knowledge regarding electronics LV/HV architecture

Comfortable dealing with challenging technical problems
- Fundamental knowledge of Core Quality Tools and is able to apply in daily business (Control Plan, FMEA, 8D)

Ability to work in fast paced environment and distinguish the right priorities

Knowledge of Excel, Ziplabs and problem solving methodologies to solve complex technical issues and identify root cause.

Autonomous and can work independently
- Able to perform tasks and actions which are directly impacting the team and area of responsibility
- Excellent communication skills, able to evaluate and present complex problems in structured way

Good understanding KPI´s in area of responsibility

Data driven and be able to analyze challenging data and define actions
