As a working student in our B2B Sales team, you ensure that catalogs and magazines for international diplomatic customers are planned, created and coordinated. In this role, you will work closely with customers and internal departments.
In particular, you will
- coordinate and manage catalogs and magazines for our diplomatic customers
- align assortment and layout requirements as well as content priorities with customers
- define catalog assortments with a focus on beauty
- maintain and manage catalog modules
- handle customer inquiries regarding products, brands, new launches, availability and delistings
- coordinate listings, prices and master data with the purchasing team
- track assortment changes and delistings
- obtain product images, artworks and marketing materials
- support the creation and quality assurance of catalogs and magazines
