Successfully completed training as CTA/MTA/BTA, chemistry/biology laboratory assistant, or a degree in life sciences (no doctorate)

Hands‑on experience in cell culture with at least one of the following systems: insect, mammalian, bacterial, or yeast.

A structured, careful, and quality‑oriented way of working, even when handling multiple tasks simultaneously

High motivation, curiosity, and enjoyment of innovative and challenging tasks

Ability to work effectively in a team, strong communication skills, and interest in learning new methods

Experience with data maintenance and evaluation, ideally using LIMS systems

Good MS Office skills as well as English and German language skills

Strong organizational skills, particularly in managing laboratory projects
