We attach great importance to the highest quality, we test our dispensers extensively and accompany them through all aspects of the qualification process. This includes the preparation of family anamnesis, the interpretation of blood results, personal advice to donors, as well as many other administrative tasks.

THE MAIN TASKS OF THE DONOR COORDINATORS
- Conducting open interviews with donor candidates
- Processing of test results and findings from laboratories and medical practices
- Create a donor profile
- Sparring with the medical management
- Blood samples – don't worry, we'll teach you
- Communication with donors and women who want to use a known donor
- Close cooperation with our laboratories and sales team
REQUIREMENTS
- You have a professional background as a nurse, biologist, bio-analyst, or other in-depth training in healthcare
- You are very structured and pay attention to accuracy even when it comes to details
- You are responsible, like to work highly independently
- Your English is good as this is our business language
- If you have experience in dealing with patients and/or in interviews, this is an advantage
- You like to work flexibly, sometimes early and sometimes later
- You are flexible, service-oriented, sociable, positive and courteous
