- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience with logistics operations.
- 5 years of experience managing domestic and international vendors or third-party logistics.
- 5 years of experience in a customer or client-facing role supporting logistics operations.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time as required.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- CSCMP certification.
- 4 years of experience analyzing data and generating business insights in order to guide business decisions.
- Experience with data center logistics operations.
- Ability to work separately and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Ability to apply structured thinking and logic to work and provide solutions to issues.
In this role, you will exceed customer expectations through dependable, agile operations—consistently meeting delivery deadlines, accurate order fulfillment, and order management. You will optimize transportation routes, carrier selection, and modes of transportation to reduce costs and improve our services to implement effective cost savings. You will be minimizing risks, diversifying suppliers, and utilizing real-time monitoring and flexible operations, and implement a Global Systems Strategy to enable streamlined operations, inventory control, and order fulfillment. You will lower our carbon footprint through better load planning, greener supplier choices, and eco-friendly packaging, and foster a culture of growth and opportunity across the organization. Additionally, you will utilize technology and data analysis to optimize supplier, cost, and operational efficiency through sourcing, agreement management, and supplier evaluation.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Germany: €90000 - €92500 (EUR) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

- Own the day-to-day logistics operations management and manage third-party (3PL) vendor operating warehouse and data centers in assigned locations and ensure that they perform to the aligned Service Level Agreements (SLA) consistently and effectively ensuring business continuity. Beyond operational oversight, this role requires collaboration and participation in Program Management activities.
- Manage and monitor metrics for key performance indicators (KPIs), vendor performance scorecards, and development of business cases to support logistics process changes or improvements. Drive alignment and prioritization of initiatives in a changing environment with many interdependencies. Ownership of quarterly/annual budgeting, invoice control, and capital improvement projects within your locations.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (vendors, carriers, cross-functional teams) to reduce end-to-end delivery cycle times.
