Experienced Panel Beater / Workshop All-Rounder
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Panel Beater / Workshop All-Rounder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be confident in panel preparation, filler work, panel replacement, welding, and supporting general workshop operations. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work across multiple tasks are essential. Experience or qualifications relating to electric vehicles would be advantageous, though not essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and repair vehicle panels to industry standards
- Apply filler and carry out shaping and finishing work to a high standard
- Remove and replace damaged panels as required
- Perform welding tasks accurately and efficiently
- Assist with general workshop duties and support other team members when needed
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards
Skills & Requirements
- Proven experience as a Panel Beater or Workshop All-Rounder
- Strong knowledge of panel preparation, filler application, and panel replacement
- Competent welding skills
- Ability to carry out a variety of workshop tasks confidently
- Electric vehicle qualification or experience is desirable but not essential
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, motivated, and committed to producing high-quality work
Salary
£15 – £21 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
