1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., IT Security, Engineering, Risk Management, or equivalent).
2. At least 3 years of experience in leading teams.
3. At least 5 years of experience in information security.
4. At least 7 years of working experience in Europe.
5. Proven experience in recruitment and team building, particularly for security-focused roles.
6. Proven experience working on large-scale, multi-stakeholder international projects, ideally within the semiconductor industry.
7. Familiarity with data protection regulations, policies, and their implementation, specifically understanding the interplay between global corporate standards and local legal requirements.
8. Strong knowledge of information security, risk assessment, and project management.
9. Additional information security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CISM, CIPP) are a plus.
10. Excellent management and interpersonal skills to lead a PIP security team and collaborate effectively with diverse multicultural stakeholders.
11. Strong leadership capabilities with experience in talent acquisition and team development.
12. Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
13. Ability to work under pressure, be detail-oriented, and prioritize complex information security challenges in a dynamic environment.
14. Strategic thinking with the ability to provide proactive information security advice to support business objectives, while maintaining adherence to corporate security governance.
