Tasks
- Coordination and organizational support for the iFIT International Conference, scientific meetings, retreats, seminars and governance events
- Executive support to the Board, including project coordination, correspondence, calendar and travel management and preparation of presentations, reports and official documentation
- Financial documentation and support for the monitoring and reporting of Cluster projects in compliance with funding regulations
- Coordination of equal opportunity, early-career researcher, outreach and science communication initiatives in collaboration with university departments and external stakeholders
- Management and continuous optimization of administrative processes, office operations, quality assurance and organizational support within an international research environment
Profile
- Completed university degree or equivalent qualification in business administration, public administration, project management a related field or several years of relevant professional experience in a comparable position
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities independently, accurately, and proactively
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English; good command of German or willingness to develop German language skills
- Experience in the use of standard office and digital collaboration tools; experience in publicly funded research environments is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal skills, discretion, service orientation and the ability to collaborate effectively with researchers, university administration and international stakeholders in a dynamic environment
