Du liebst die frische Küche, arbeitest selbstständig und hast ein Gespür für italienisch inspirierte Gerichte? Dann bist Du bei uns genau richtig.
IHR AUFGABENGEBIET/ STELLENBESCHREIBUNG
- Kreative Mitgestaltung unserer wöchentlich wechselnden Speisekarte (frisch, saisonal, italienisch inspiriert)
- Zubereitung hochwertiger Speisen mit Fokus auf Qualität und Frische
- Eigenverantwortliche Organisation deines Arbeitsbereichs
- Annahme und Kontrolle von Warenlieferungen
- Sicherstellung und Einhaltung aller Hygienevorschriften (HACCP)
- Unterstützung bei Spül- und Reinigungsarbeiten in der Küche
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Service -Team und direkter Gästekontakt
- Arbeitszeit Montag bis Samstag, 08:30 – 16:00 Uhr
- Keine reguläre Abend- oder Sonntagsarbeit (Ausnahmen nur bei Veranstaltungen oder Hausfesten)
VORAUSSETZUNGEN
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin oder vergleichbare Erfahrung
- Auch motivierte Jungköchinnen und Jungköche sind willkommen
- Leidenschaft für frische, kreative Küche Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
- Teamgeist, Flexibilität und Zuverlässigkeit
- Höflicher, freundlicher Umgang mit den Gästen
