We are currently establishing a new legal entity in Rødby to operate our retail business on ferry routes as well as in border shops.
In the position of IT Administrator (m/f/d), you will work either hybrid (three days per week) or working entirely on site in Rødby or Puttgarden.In this role, you will support the day-to-day operation of the store systems and provide on-site support for IT-related issues at the locations.
In particular, you will:
- Provide first-level support for IT faults and user requests on site and resolve standard issues directly
- Provide rapid, hands-on support for time-critical incidents and escalate more complex issues to Central IT
- Set up, replace and maintain IT hardware, and prepare workstations for new staff, staff changes and organisational changes
- Coordinate hardware repairs with external service providers and manage replacement equipment
- Carry out basic checks on workstation set-ups, network connectivity and meeting room equipment
- Manage till and shop systems, train staff, and monitor data transfers and till reconciliations to ensure smooth operations and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
- Implement shop system updates and contribute to the improvement of IT-supported processes
