Development and standardization of training concepts for the PCM brands with a focus on blended learning (e-learnings, tests, videos)
Planning, organization and delivery of technical train-the-trainer programs and specific trainings for service managers and cruise line technicians
Support for country organizations and global customers in trainings, online conferences and other knowledge transfer activities
Service partner management including onboarding of new partners, ensuring compliance with service guidelines, and support with certifications and audits
Global 3rd-level technical support (phone, email, on-site), including gathering information from the field and support in escalation cases
Planning and execution of international assignments (especially for cruise lines), including travel reports and follow-up of resulting actions
Participation in Global Service projects and continuous improvement of support processes, service quality, and transparency on service levels and KPIs

Completed vocational training as an electrical technician or mechatronics technician with further qualification
Several years of experience in technical service or technical product management, ideally with train-the-trainer qualification and experience with coffee machines
Solid technical understanding of technical devices, with an analytical, structured way of working and strong communication skills
Practical experience in delivering trainings, methodical troubleshooting and blended learning concepts
Confident handling of common software and Office 365 tools
Intercultural competence, independent working style and willingness to travel internationally
Strong persuasive and assertiveness skills in cross-country and cross-brand projects, as well as very good German and English skills
