Your role as Ad Operations Manager (f/m/d) in our team:
Gravite is a mobile-first ad exchange connecting DSPs and SSPs in real time — built on OpenRTB, with billions of ad requests processed every month and an uncompromising focus on traffic quality and supply chain transparency. We work with major app publishers around the world, helping them unlock the full revenue potential of their inventory through technology that's fast, reliable, and genuinely effective.
We're a tight-knit international team of 20 — developers, key account managers, marketers, and business development specialists — united by a shared drive to deliver for our clients. As part of the Aonic Group (Europe's 8th Fastest Growing Company, alongside Prime Insights, Exmox, and others), we move quickly, think long-term, and hold ourselves to a high bar.
We're looking for someone who thrives at the centre of that operation: digging into data, running investigations, spotting problems before they surface, and partnering with product and engineering to keep the exchange healthy. When a DSP or SSP conversation gets technical, you're the person in the room who has the depth to take it further.
Sound like you? We'd love to hear from you!
-
You will investigate performance- dig into KPIs (bid rate, win rate, CPM, spend, revenue) to find growth opportunities or losses, and get to the root cause, not just the symptom.
- You will act as a strategic advisor to our Account Managers working with DSPs/SSPs, by providing data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to grow the accounts.
- You will contribute to QBRs, reporting dashboards, and performance analysis that strengthen partner relationships and drive results.
- You will own specific projects end-to-end — e.g. rolling out a new ad format to the partners, launching CTV traffic, or introducing a new tool or vendor — from planning through execution and results.
- You will be the internal go-to on RTB mechanics questions — bid request/response fields, macros, timeouts, QPS caps, notifications, etc.
- You will work closely with engineering to resolve integration issues, reporting discrepancies, and IVT/fraud flags.
- You will work closely with the product team, feeding performance and partner insights into the roadmap and giving input on upcoming features.
- You will maintain operational documentation and process workflows so the team's knowledge doesn't live only in people's heads.
- You will keep an eye on IAB Tech Lab standards (OpenRTB, TCF, GPP, MSPA, schain, ads.txt) and flag compliance gaps before they become problems.
What you bring:
-
3+ years in programmatic advertising — SSP, exchange, or mediation platform (mobile in-app is a strong plus).
- Very strong analytical skills and attention to detail — comfortable in spreadsheets or BI tools, able to spot the story behind the numbers on your own.
- Solid OpenRTB knowledge — terms such as schain, burl/nurl/lurl, and QPS caps don't need explaining.
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
- A track record of running investigations or projects independently, from question to conclusion.
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills — you'll work across product, engineering, and business teams daily.
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
Nice to have:
-
SQL for pulling data on your own.
- Experience with IVT/fraud tools (Pixalate, HUMAN) or brand safety workflows.
What we offer you:
-
Real ownership from day one — small team, meaningful work, your name on the projects you drive.
- Competitive, performance-based compensation — including employee vouchers, bicycle leasing (JobRad), and subsidized transportation benefits.
- Flexibility that actually works — hybrid, or on-site: your choice. Core working hours, with true flexibility. A generous holiday and workation package so you can do your best work without burning out.
- A front-row seat in programmatic — work across the full RTB stack alongside some of the sharpest people in the industry, at a company that is genuinely shaping where the technology is going.
- Room to grow and co-create — flat hierarchies, short decision paths, and a culture where everyone can drive topics forward. We invest in your development with a wide range of internal and external training opportunities.
- Equity upside — within the company we have a share options program.
- Top-tier kit — state-of-the-art hardware and a mobile phone, yours to use for work and personally.
- Startup energy, group backing — the agility and culture of a tight-knit team, with the stability of being part of Aonic Group (Europe's 8th Fastest Growing Company).
- A team worth showing up for — regular team lunches and events, genuine commitment to employee wellbeing, and an international environment where people actually look forward to working with each other.
