Founded in 2019, Novutech is a dynamic digital transformation partner with a team of over 60 consultants across Europe. We specialize in finance-focused digital transformation projects for international scale-ups and mid-sized enterprises. Our expertise lies in leveraging a core tech stack and the experience from hundreds of successful projects. We are committed to designing, delivering, and supporting end-to-end solutions that drive growth and efficiency.
The Digital & Value Office (DVO) is Novutech's strategic practice dedicated to helping CFOs and finance leaders turn their office into a true value engine. We help scale-ups and PE-backed companies assess their digital maturity, rationalize their vendor landscape, map their IT ecosystem, document their processes, and build a clear roadmap toward finance transformation.
As a Senior Manager, you will play a dual role at the heart of the DVO team. You are both a hands-on practitioner and a team leader: you can deliver DVO engagements yourself with full autonomy, and you use that expertise to guide, review, and elevate the work of the consultants around you. Reporting to the DVO Director, you will own a portfolio of clients, drive engagements end-to-end, and contribute to the commercial growth of the practice through active participation in pre-sales and the full sales cycle.
Delivery
-
Lead and execute DVO engagements independently: Vendor Assessments, IT Landscape analyses, Process Documentation, Automation Roadmaps, Cost-Benefit analyses, and Advisory mandates.
-
Prepare client-ready deliverables, presentations, and board-level materials that clearly communicate findings, recommendations, and value.
-
Run workshops with client stakeholders (CFOs, Finance Directors, operational teams), facilitate structured discovery sessions, and align outputs with the client's strategic agenda.
-
Coordinate with Project Managers and other Novutech practice leads to ensure seamless project execution.
Management & Coaching
-
Act as a coach and quality reviewer for DVO delivery consultants: review their work, provide structured feedback, and ensure outputs are aligned with the DVO methodology and Novutech standards.
-
Support the onboarding and continuous development of team members, sharing your delivery expertise and helping them grow their consulting skills.
-
Contribute to the continuous improvement of DVO frameworks, templates, and delivery toolkits.
Commercial
-
Actively participate in the full sales cycle: lead creation, client prospecting, showcase preparation, and project scoping and estimation.
-
Own the end-to-end relationship for a defined portfolio of clients, serving as the primary point of contact through pre-sales, delivery, and post-engagement follow-up.
-
Support project sponsorship for DVO and cross-practice engagements, ensuring continuity and strategic alignment throughout the client journey.
-
