Assist in project documentation (drafting and specifications) and provide research.
Requirements:
Interior Design or Architecture Degree
min. 2 years professional experience, preferably in high-end hospitality
experience in project documentation and all related software (we are PC based office)
rendering (Photoshop and/or 3dStudioMax, InDesign)
selecting and specifying FF&E (Word, Excel)
drafting (AutoCad)
The candidate should be able to provide samples of previous work from all of the above categories. Drafting samples should include as much detail to clearly show the candidates’ understanding of materials and construction as well as the appropriate ways of documenting it.
