Aufgaben
- Reporting to the IT CRM Manager
- You will be responsible for assisting them by gathering the necessary information and preparing materials for various team meetings, workshops and committees
- You will assist in the structuration of the team's documentation and help to deliver the reference system, enabling the AI agent dedicated to business analystsSupport the preparation of IT audits, reviews, and related documentation
- You will take part in several thematic meeting and assist in the production of follow and governance tools (roadmaps, reports, etc.)
Anforderungen
- First experience in an agile team and with customer relationship management tools or application development be responsible for assisting them by gathering the necessary information and preparing materials for various team meetings, workshops and committees
- Good understanding of Agile frameworks, Scrum and of the roles and responsibility in a product team
• In-depth knowledge of wiki-type information systems, data analysis tools and the Microsoft 365 suite is essential. • High sense of responsibility, flexibility and a confident manner

- Very good knowledge of German and English (written and spoken), French is an asset
