You own calliora's growth end-to-end: from first touch to contract close to long-term expansion. You understand the product, you understand the German hospital market, and you build the engine that takes us from opportunistic selling to repeatable, measurable growth.
What that looks like in practice:
-
Building and owning a scalable growth engine, from demand generation through the entire pipeline to contract close.
-
Developing, testing, and scaling repeatable go-to-market strategies for the German hospital market, with fast, data-driven iteration across the funnel.
-
Owning retention and expansion across existing customers: onboarding, adoption, upsell, renewal.
-
Being the voice of the customer inside the company: tight feedback loops between customers and product.
-
Product demos, workshops, and C-level presentations; representing calliora at conferences and industry events.
-
Building the CRM, analytics, and reporting backbone and steering growth through clear funnel and revenue KPIs.
You've spent years in growth, B2B sales, customer success, or account management, and you've closed real deals in demanding environments. HealthTech, enterprise SaaS, or another regulated industry is a plus.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
-
A proven track record of at least 1-2 years in closing complex B2B deals, ideally including hospitals, and building the customer relationships behind them.
-
You do not accept the slow moving pace of the hospital market and want to win with us - no matter what.
-
You're as confident with CEOs as with medical controllers, and you listen at least as good as you pitch.
-
You build engines, not just pipeline: processes, funnels, and structures from zero, with the discipline to measure them.
-
You translate customers into product, hearing the problem behind the request and carrying it to engineering.
-
A strong intuition for AI. You automate your funnel and build your own tooling instead of adding headcount, and you understand the product well enough to demo it to a skeptical head of medical controlling.
-
Excellent written and spoken communications skills in both German and English.
-
An exceptional team and a flat structure where your work shapes the company, working directly with the founders every day.
-
A market that desperately needs what you're selling: making the operational backbone of European healthcare dramatically better.
-
Real ownership in what you build, with competitive salary and meaningful equity.
-

At calliora, we help hospitals spend more time caring for patients. Behind every hospital today is an ever more complex, fragmented system, held together by people doing extraordinary amounts of manual work, the quiet heroes who keep it all running. We're building the technology that takes this work completely off people's shoulders and runs it on its own. Clinicians get back to patients, and hospitals can finally be hospitals again. The window for this only just opened: the technology has become powerful enough to do the work itself. But capability was never the hard part. Execution is. Pulling this off in one of the most regulated, highest-stakes environments anywhere takes a rare combination of deep AI expertise, people who know healthcare from the inside, and relentless execution. We have all three. Founded and backed by leading AI researchers, seasoned healthcare-industry veterans, and top-tier investors, we're pointing to the most capable technology ever built at one of the hardest, most important problems there is. A double-digit number of hospitals is running our technology in production already. We're a highly ambitious team in Munich, and we only hire people who share this attitude. If that sounds like you, come build the future with us.
