For services to remain transparent, manageable, and comparable, clear structures, coordinated processes, and strong collaboration between service managers, providers, and governance are essential. You will assume technical responsibility for the service portfolio management process within ALTANA Group IT and ensure its governance, transparency, and continuous improvement. Your tasks in detail:
- Specifying and continuously refining a framework and compliance standards for the entire IT service portfolio management
- Establishing binding standards for service descriptions, SLAs, KPIs, and reporting in accordance with contracts and IT service artifacts
- Regular portfolio reviewing as well as overseeing the decision-making process for new and modified IT services in consultation with relevant stakeholders and IT management
- Supporting internal IT units and service managers in defining, managing, and continuously improving the service lifecycle process (design, implementation, change, extension, decommissioning) in line with established standards
- Coordinating IT service portfolio requirements with relevant stakeholders (e.g., external service providers, service owners, enterprise architecture, and financial management) to ensure compliance with shared guidelines
