Lead enterprise Skills Management by building skills architecture, future capability frameworks, and further leveraging our global digital solution and Talent Marketplace

Drive Strategic Workforce Planning and design global strategy and procedures to support leaders translate business strategy into future workforce and capability requirements

Strengthen succession planning tool for critical roles, ensuring sustainable leadership pipelines and business continuity

Drive the evolution of Henkel's Performance Management approach, enabling continuous performance, development, and evidence-based talent decisions

Lead the digital evolution of Talent Management through Workday and future talent technologies, including talent intelligence and AI-enabled solutions in collaboration with Workday integration team

Leverage people analytics and workforce intelligence to generate actionable insights for talent, skills and workforce decisions

Collaborate closely with HR, business leaders and other HR CoEs to connect Talent Management with Learning, Culture, Rewards and Organizational Development

Lead global change initiatives and capability building to strengthen leadership ownership and embed new ways of working across the organization
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development or a related field

Minimum 7 years of experience in Human Resources within a global matrix organization, preferably in a global or regional Center of Excellence, or equivalent experience in a leading HR consulting environment

Strong expertise in Talent Management, including succession planning, leadership development and Strategic Workforce Planning

Demonstrated experience in enterprise Skills Management, including skills frameworks, capability models, or skills-based talent practices

Experience implementing Talent Marketplace solutions, internal mobility initiatives, or skills intelligence platforms

Experience with HR technologies and digital Talent solutions, preferably Workday

Strong understanding of AI, people analytics and data-driven Talent Management

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights

Proven ability to lead global transformation and change initiatives

Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills across all organizational levels

Passion for innovation and continuously improving Talent Management practices

Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
