Internal Auditor - SUPPLY CHAIN (f/m/x)
You carry out audit assignments across all processes and organizations of DHL SUPPLY CHAIN within the region EMEA and UKI, as well as selected global assignments.
YOUR TASKS
-
Conduct process and risk-based audit assignments in all areas of the business unit SUPPLY CHAIN of DHL Group (i.e. Finance, Human Resources, Procurement, Health & Safety, Business Continuity Management, Security, Operations), including:

Preparation of audit assignments and audit programs
-
Preparation and participation in opening and closing meetings
-
Performing interviews, data analysis (incl. collection and processing) and further audit testing
-
Documentation of audit results in accordance with agreed standards
-
Delivering high quality audit results and reports under guidance of Senior Experts and Audit Managers.

Build and maintain relationships with auditees and key stakeholders of audited entities,
-
Contribute to the development and implementation of principles, standards and methods for the SUPPLY CHAIN audit function as well as the development of audit programs,

Contribute to the annual risk assessment and planning process for SUPPLY CHAIN Audits,
-
Manage own development in the professional area proactively.

YOUR PROFILE

University degree or comparable qualification. All disciplines are welcome.

1-2 years of professional experience preferably touching auditing and logistics
-
Fluent English language skills (written and oral)

CIA (IIA/DIIR) or equivalent, Project Management experience, and Supply Chain Operations background are an advantage
-
Distinct analytical and conceptual abilities

Affinity for data analytics and openness for innovation (AI, large language models)

High personal responsibility and high degree of integrity

Ability to work under pressure

Strong can-do attitude and willingness to explore new topics

Very good communication skills

Quick comprehension

High flexibility and willingness for business travel (not more than 50% of working time) in Europe, in exceptions globally
