Our partner is looking for a contract-based Business Development Manager who already operates within the German logistics market and can generate business from day one. Our partner is a growing logistics company operating across Europe, specializing in flexible freight forwarding solutions and long-term client partnership.
This role is for someone who doesn't need onboarding into the industry you bring your network, your market knowledge, and your ability to close deals.
Your Role

Drive new business acquisition across Germany within logistics and freight forwarding

Activate and leverage your existing network to create immediate sales opportunities

Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through outbound activities and industry connections

Grow a high-value customer portfolio while maximizing opportunities within existing accounts

Take full ownership of your territory and deliver against revenue targets

Develop long-term partnerships with key clients

Monitor the German logistics market, identify trends, and stay ahead of competitors

Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline tracking, and reporting
What You Bring

Proven track record in B2B sales within logistics and/or freight forwarding in Germany

A strong, active network in the German logistics market (essential)

Demonstrated ability to win new business and close deals independently

Fluent German and English (spoken and written)

Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills

Highly self-driven, results-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset

Ability to work as a freelancer/contractor with full ownership of your sales activities
