- Master in Chemical, Process or Industrial Engineering

5 years in process engineering, ideally in detergent or chemical manufacturing

Process control, improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean) and production management

Experience leading process improvement projects

Familiarity with automation and digital manufacturing tools preferred

Strong verbal and written skills, both in German and English
