Business Development Manager (m/f/d) Earth Observation Systems
Your Tasks
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies

Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders

Actively participate in tender processes and support the preparation, negotiation, and submission of proposals and business cases

Develop customer-specific solutions and product concepts in close collaboration with engineering and program teams

Monitor and analyze market

Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, industry events, and customer meetings
Your Qualifications

Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or an equivalent qualification

Several years of professional experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management, ideally within the Aerospace & Defense sector

Strong technical understanding and experience working with complex technical products, systems, and customer requirements

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Strategic mindset, entrepreneurial drive, and a proactive approach to identifying and developing business opportunities

Willingness to travel internationally, strong intercultural skills, and fluent English language skills, both written and spoken
