Wir suchen ab sofort eine Sicherheitsfachkraft (m/w/d) für das Werk Neumünster.
Aufgaben
Beratung und Unterstützung des Unternehmens in allen Fragen der Arbeitssicherheit und Unfallverhütung in enger Absprache mit dem Mutterkonzern
Durchführung von Sicherheitsbegehungen und Gefährdungsbeurteilungen
Erstellung und Pflege von Sicherheitsdokumentationen
Schulung und Unterweisung von Mitarbeitenden zu sicherheitsrelevanten Themen
Dokumentation und Analyse von Arbeitsunfällen sowie Ableitung von Präventionsmaßnahmen
Koordination und Überwachung von Maßnahmen zur Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften
Schulung von Mitarbeitenden im vorbeugenden Brandschutz
Anforderungen
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Sicherheitsfachkraft (Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit gemäß § 5 ASiG) oder die Bereitschaft diese Ausbildung nachzuholen
Zusatzqualifikation als Brandschutzbeauftragter (z. B. nach vfdb-Richtlinie oder DGUV) wünschenswert
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit und Brandschutz wünschenswert
Fundierte Kenntnisse der relevanten gesetzlichen Vorschriften (ArbSchG, ASiG, DGUV, Bauordnung etc.)
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und gängiger Sicherheitssoftware
Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Weiterbildung sowie regelmäßigen Dienstreisen
