The Team
This role sits within the EMEA Corporate Transformation Services (CTS) team, which advises clients on improving profitability, managing crises, and driving sustainable operational and financial performance improvements. The CTS team supports clients across various industries, including aerospace and defence, automotive, and manufacturing, working with upper medium-sized businesses and international corporations.
As part of the CTS team, you will have the opportunity to work on high-impact projects, develop pioneering transformation concepts, and contribute to international initiatives focused on strategy, corporate structure, and company-wide efficiency improvements.
How you will contribute
As Associate (all genders), Industrial Transformation, you will take an active, hands-on role in driving transformation and performance improvement projects within the Industrials Sector. Supported by our European Corporate Transformation Services team, you will:
Support the delivery of international transformation, turnaround and performance improvement projects from initial assessment to full execution, and contribute to ensure effective implementation
Work closely with client leadership/teams (CEOs, Boards, and management teams) to understand priorities and help drive company-wide efficiency enhancements
Translate strategic direction into actionable, results-oriented solutions, ensuring that recommendations are pragmatic and achievable
Contribute to measurable top- and bottom-line impact by tackling key business challenges through structured problem-solving and rigorous analytical support
Qualifications
Excellent academic credentials (Master's degree or higher).
Relevant years of experience in a leading restructuring, strategy, or management consulting firm.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work with diverse and complex stakeholder groups.
Finance knowledge, including experience with integrated financial models, and a willingness to further develop these skills.
Impact-focused mindset with a collaborative and engaging personality.
Native or business-fluent German and English; additional foreign languages are advantageous.
