1. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Material Science, Material Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or a closely related technical field.
2. Experience: 0 to 3 years of professional experience, ideally in the semiconductor industry or related high-tech sectors (e.g., photovoltaics, chemicals, pharmaceuticals).
3. Core Technical Skills: Familiarity with basic material quality management, statistical data analysis, or process change control.
4. Interpersonal & Communication Skills: High intercultural open-mindedness, strong initiative, and the confidence to communicate effectively with international teams and senior management.
5. Languages: Fluent in English (written and spoken) is required.
1. Practical experience in semiconductor fabrication operations, process engineering, or physical/chemical laboratory analysis.
2. Familiarity with structured problem-solving methods (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys) and supplier auditing.
3. Basic conversational skills in German and/or Mandarin.
1. Help build a completely new semiconductor manufacturing site in Europe.
2. Work in a highly international environment with colleagues across Europe, Taiwan and the US.
3. Shape processes instead of maintaining existing structures.
4. Participate in global projects and cross-functional collaboration.
5. International onboarding including 9-12 months of training in Taiwan.
