Your tasks:
- Creation and continuous maintenance of the framework schedules and the subordinate detailed schedules for the major projects
- Creation of schedule scenarios
- Preparation of disruption schedules for the preparation/defense of receivables
- Cooperation with various project departments/groups, contractors, customers and, if necessary, other external partners
- Control of the degree of progress of major projects together with the project staff and its documentation
- Perform variance analysis, assess the impact of changes on scheduling, and recommend countermeasures
- Implementation of the PM methodology in the field of scheduling
- Central point of contact for project scheduling in the company
- Advice and coaching of employees in questions of project scheduling
- Support in capacity planning for the major projects and in their monitoring
- Support in the risk management of large-scale projects Participation in project meetings
Education:
- Degree in industrial engineering, business administration, natural sciences or comparable
Your profile:
- Several years of professional experience as an appointment planner in the field of technical capital goods, preferably in shipbuilding
- Several years of professional experience with project management and project control Ideally certified in project management, e.g. IPMA/ PMI
- Ideally, experience in the qualification of employees in the field of PM methodology and PM competence
- Very good analytical skills as well as independent, structured, team- and solution-oriented way of working
- Ability to work in a team, communication skills and commitment
- Sound knowledge and confident handling of all Microsoft programs
- Good knowledge of German and English
