Job Overview:
The Superintendent Civil oversees daily civil construction activities on site, ensuring work is executed safely, on schedule, and in full compliance with design specifications and quality standards.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Supervise all civil works (earthworks, foundations, concrete, structures, utilities).
- Conduct regular site inspections and verify progress against schedule.
- Implement and enforce the project’s Quality Control Plan and review ITPs.
- Perform quality inspections, monitor test results (e.g., concrete, compaction), and ensure compliance with applicable standards (e.g., DIN/EN).
- Manage NCRs, corrective actions, and quality documentation.
- Enforce HSE rules and support safe work practices.
- Maintain daily reports, records, and support as‑built documentation.
- Communicate effectively with engineering, construction management, and subcontractors.
Essential Qualifications and Education:
- Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or similar.
- 5–10+ years’ civil construction experience, including supervisory duties.
- Strong understanding of QC processes and technical standards.
- Ability to read drawings, manage teams, and solve field issues.
- Language: German and English C1 ability.
