Responsibilities
- Independent organization of R&D projects (standard products as well as customer projects)

Support of „Custom Program Managers“

Follow defined Kontron development process
-
Coordination of distributed and international project teams
-
Setup of project plans (MS-Project), Meeting minutes and Gate-checklists,
-
Manage Risk-Management and Lessons-Learned sub processes and related tasks
-
Supervise/Monitor schedules and budget
-
Reporting to Engineering Management team, escalation in case of resource, budget and/or schedule deviations/issues
-
Check of completeness of all development results against requirements
-
Organize project closure, transfer project results (finalized product) into (mass) production
-
Take care of transparency between the participating departments and persons
Qualifications
- Engineer or technician with project management experience and organization skills

Experience in product development
-
Independent and structured way of working
-
Fluent English and German in speaking and writing
-
Working with MS Office is expected

SAP Experience (optional)
