Durchführung von Labor- und Anwendungsprüfungen an Farben, Lacken und Beschichtungssystemen nach festgelegten Prüfverfahren
Vorbereitung und Applikation von Prüfmustern für interne Entwicklungs- und Kundenprojekte
Selbstständige Durchführung und Dokumentation von Prüfungen sowie Erfassung der Versuchsergebnisse
Auswertung und Zusammenstellung von Prüfdaten zur Unterstützung des R&D- und Technical-Service-Teams
Bedienung, Pflege und Kalibrierung von Labor- und Prüfgeräten
Unterstützung bei der Organisation des Laborbetriebs und Verwaltung von Laborverbrauchsmaterialien
Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Umweltvorschriften im Labor
Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische oder naturwissenschaftliche Berufsausbildung, z. B. als Lacklaborant (m/w/d), Chemielaborant (m/w/d), CTA (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Erste Berufserfahrung im Laborumfeld, idealerweise in der Farben-, Lack-, Chemie- oder Beschichtungsindustrie
Erfahrung in der Durchführung und Dokumentation von Prüfungen nach standardisierten Verfahren
Sorgfältige, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
Technisches Verständnis sowie Interesse an praktischer Laborarbeit
Teamfähigkeit und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in einem internationalen Umfeld
Grundlegende Kenntnisse in MS Office; Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
