Hauptverantwortung für die Erreichung der Umsatz- und Ertragsziele, P&L Verantwortung
- Erarbeiten von Wachstumsplänen für Absatz, Umsatz und Wertschöpfung unter Berücksichtigung des vereinbarten Budgets
- Kontrolle der Kunden-Profitabilität
- Regelmäßige Erstellung und Umsetzung des Sales Budgets und eines entsprechenden Forecasts
- Vorbereitung und Führen von Verhandlungen (u.a. Vermarktungs-, Listungs- bzw. Jahresgesprächen)
- Erarbeitung von Lösungsansätzen/Joint Business Plänen mit cross-funktionalen Teams (Marketing und Shopper Marketing)
- Sicherstellung des Informationstransfers und Koordination der relevanten Kundenthemen mit allen Fachabteilungen Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Marketing, Finanzen und vor allem unserem Aussendienst

Ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium
- Mehr als 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Key Account Management in der Lebensmittelbranche (FMCG)
- Exzellente analytische Fähigkeiten
- Verhandlungssicheres Auftreten
- Führungsstärke
- Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
- Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel und Power Point
- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen, Erfahrung mit SAP S4/HANA sind von Vorteil
- Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie Koordinierungsgeschick
- Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Selbstständige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
