For the Business Unit Sugarbeet at our headquarters of KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA in Einbeck (Lower Saxony, Germany), we are seeking a new team member (m/f/d) to join the Production Control team for sugarbeet seed processing as soon as possible.
We are looking for you as a Business Process Manager (m/f/d) to support our team in the upcoming business transformation as part of the SAP S/4HANA implementation, actively shape change, and drive the continuous development of our business unit in a sustainable manner.

Your Responsibilities – What You Can Expect:

Capturing and structuring technical requirements in end-to-end process management for production control and related areas

Identifying opportunities for standardization, digitization, and automation, and implementing them in collaboration with relevant stakeholders—with courage, curiosity, and a critical eye toward existing processes

Defining system requirements and supporting implementation (e.g., ticket creation, testing, key user support)

Creating and maintaining process documentation and training materials, and providing support during the rollout of new processes

Supporting testing, error analysis, and quality assurance for new process and system solutions, and ensuring their sustainable integration into daily operations
Bring your strengths to the table:

A completed degree or comparable qualification (e.g., Business Administration, Business Informatics)

Experience in process or project management is a big plus

Experience and/or interest in transformation and change management projects

SAP user knowledge is desirable (ideally MM, PP, or WM), as well as an openness to systems and their continuous development

Strong IT skills and a good understanding of the interface between business functions and system implementation

Structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work, as well as strong communication and facilitation skills

Excellent written and spoken German and English
