The Regional MU Project Execution Leader is responsible for the successful execution of all Modernisation and Upgrade projects from start to finish within his/her region.
S/He will work in close collaboration with all direct and transversal functions assigned to ensure that all MU projects are feasible and remain profitable at close out.
As a member of the Service organisation, customer satisfaction is to be keep at extremely high levels, s/he must be a team player and must bring about continuous improvements so as to improve execution capability.

Your taks and responsibilities:
- Responsibility for the Leadership, Talent Development and Coaching of the Team of Project & Site Managers .
- Be accountable for all project s activities from Handover from Sales to Handover to Service.
Keep Dematic´s standards and customer satisfaction high at all times , including Lessons Learnt.
Work in close cooperation with other departments for the smooth regional project s delivery an d Team development :
