What tasks you can expect
Support process engineers in monitoring and improving production processes
Assist in analyzing production and process-related issues and follow up on corrective actions
Help prepare and update process documents, SOPs, and work instructions
Collect, organize, and analyze production data to support process optimization
Participate in process validation, trial runs, and continuous improvement activities
Support cross-functional teams in solving production and quality issues
Assist in operator training and process implementation activities
What you will bring
Enrolled student majored in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or a related field
Faniliar with battery cell manufacturing process. Experience with practical internship or project in a manufacturing environment is a plus
Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Statistical Process Control (SPC) or quality tools
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great communication skills
Willing to work in an international team environment
Good language skill of English or German, both spoken and wirtten
