Below is the job description for open position
Aufgaben
Umsetzung globaler Einkaufsstrategien auf lokaler Ebene und bei Bedarf Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung lokaler Beschaffungsstrategien.
Steuerung der Beschaffungsaktivitäten, einschließlich Informationsanfragen (RFIs), Angebotsanfragen (RFQs), Lieferantenbewertungen, Benchmarking und Lieferantenaudits.
Verhandlung von Preisen, Zahlungsbedingungen, Lieferzeiten und kommerziellen Vereinbarungen mit Lieferanten.
Identifizierung von Kosteneinsparungsmöglichkeiten und Unterstützung von Initiativen zur Leistungsverbesserung bei Lieferanten.
Sicherstellung der termingerechten Lieferung von Produktionsmaterialien, Verbrauchsmaterialien, Ersatzteilen und Investitionsgütern.
Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Produkte, bei Lieferantenqualifizierungsmaßnahmen und bei Sonderprojekten.
Pflege von Einkaufsdaten und -unterlagen in SAP-/ERP-Systemen sowie Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Beschaffungsprozessen.
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Teams aus den Bereichen Technik, Forschung und Entwicklung, Qualität, Logistik, Produktion und Finanzen.
Qualifikation
2 Jahre Erfahrung im Einkauf, in der Beschaffung oder im strategischen Sourcing in einem Industrie- oder Fertigungsumfeld.
Erfahrung mit der Beschaffung von Direktmaterialien, indirekten Ausgaben und/oder Investitionsgütern.
Ausgeprägte Verhandlungs- und Lieferantenmanagementfähigkeiten.
Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP oder anderen ERP-Systemen.
Ausgeprägte analytische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, in einem funktionsübergreifenden Umfeld zu arbeiten.
Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
