Für den Bereich „Multi Domain Solutions“ suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen "Portfoliomanager Products and Solution (w/m/d)" am Standort Fürstenfeldbruck.
Die HENSOLDT-Division „Multi-Domain Solutions“ (MDS) bietet herstellerunabhängige Systemintegration und entwickelt, realisiert, unterstützt und betreibt komplexe Systeme. Die Division bietet Multi-Domain-Lösungen für die Bereiche Land, Luft, Marine, Cyber und Raumfahrt.
Ihre Aufgaben
Unterstützung bei der strategischen Steuerung des MDS-Portfolios und Technologien
Analyse von Markt-, Kunden- und Technologietrends im Verteidigungs- und Sicherheitsumfeld
Entwicklung und Monitoring von Portfolio-Roadmaps in Abstimmung mit den relevanten Stakeholdern (z.Bsp. Business Units, Vertrieb und Engineering)
Unterstützung bei der Priorisierung von Investitionen und Entwicklungsprojekten
Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Business Cases, Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen und Entscheidungsvorlagen für das Management
Begleitung des Portfolio-Lebenszyklus von der Ideenphase bis zur Ausphasung
Organisation und Begleitung von Portfolio-Reviews und Management-Boards
Er berichte an der Leiter Portfolio & Innovation
Ihr Profil
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Elektrotechnik, Informatik oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtungen
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Portfolio-, Produkt-, Programm- oder Strategiemanagement in komplexen, regulierten Umfeldern
Idealerweise Erfahrung im Defence-, Aerospace-, Security- oder High-Tech-Umfeld
Kenntnisse von Projektmanagementmethoden
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Programmmanagement, vorzugsweise im industriellen oder technologiegeprägten Umfeld
Sicherer Umgang mit komplexen Stakeholder-Strukturen, hohes Maß an Kommunikations- und Durchsetzungsstärke
Ausgeprägte analytische und strategische Fähigkeiten
Interesse an digitalen Themen, neuen Technologien und unternehmensweiter Transformation
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
