We are looking for Front Office Agents / Receptionists to join our hotel teams in Berlin.
What will you be responsible for?
- Welcoming and assisting guests during the check‑in and check‑out processes, ensuring a satisfactory experience.
- Registering, modifying, and cancelling reservations in the management system, ensuring accurate and up‑to‑date information.
- Issuing invoices and managing the documentation related to the guest’s stay.
- Coordinating and handling services requested by guests, responding to their needs and any incidents during their stay.
- Performing night audit duties.
What are we looking for?
- Studies in Tourism or a related field.
- High level of English.
- Previous experience as a hotel receptionist.
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
- Having your own vehicle is important.
