Through our industry-leading businesses – Rhinestahl and HYDRO – we deliver capability across custom-designed Ground Support Equipment, OEM-licensed engine and airframe tooling, 26 global service centers and innovative engineered solutions for OEMs, MROs and Operators worldwide.
For our Production and Process Optimization division, we are seeking support for current projects related to manufacturing technology, site development, lean management, and data-driven production improvements.

- Support for projects aimed at optimizing production processes, material flows, and manufacturing operations
- Creation of layouts, CAD models, and visualizations, for example for production areas or equipment
- Analysis and processing of production data in Excel, such as lead times, capacities, or process metrics
- Participation in Lean and Kaizen initiatives, as well as in the implementation of specific improvement measures
- Support for the implementation and evaluation of new production technologies at the site
- Conducting and documenting tests, prototype builds, or technical analyses in a production environment
- Taking on smaller work packages or subprojects as part of production optimization efforts
- A degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field
- Interest in production, manufacturing technology, process optimization, and data-driven work
- A structured, meticulous, and independent approach to work
- Technical aptitude, initiative, and a willingness to take responsibility for one's own tasks
- Proficiency in Excel; basic experience with CAD, SAP, Power BI, or VBA is a plus
