Celsio's first commercial hire
You will be Celsio's first commercial hire.
- Open and close industrial accounts – own outbound and inbound, end-to-end
- Quantify site-specific savings that turn load curves into signed pilots
- Build the sales playbook so our next hires hit the ground running
- Maintain and nurture a strong customer pipeline: together with our project development you ensure that your qualified leads convert into live customers
In your first quarter you will work towards:
- Building a pipeline of >50 qualified enterprise accounts
- Closing 2–3 paid pilots
- Leading Celsio's presence at 1–2 industry events
Profile
Must-have
- Advanced degree in a technical or business field (Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, energy/electrical engineering, BWL, or similar)
- Talking to people energizes you – calling, trade fairs and plant tours are your fuel
- You can read a load curve and not flinch
- Fluent in German (most of our customers speak exclusively German) + English
- You've personally closed deals
- Based in Munich / willing to work on-site in Munich most of the time
Nice-to-have
- 1–2 years at an energy startup or in B2B energy sales
- Network in industrial / Mittelstand energy procurement
- We know the perfect profile does not exist. Don't worry if you don't have all of the above. Right mindset > right experience.
