Role Overview
We’re looking for a motivated CRM Marketing Intern to join our team and support the planning and execution of customer retention initiatives. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience with CRM tools and campaign management, helping us engage customers across Email, Mobile Push, and In-App channels. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your analytical and marketing skills while working closely with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, data-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning, execution, and analysis of CRM campaigns across Email, Mobile Push, and In-App channels
- Assist with customer segmentation and personalization to enhance campaign performance
- Monitor key CRM metrics and prepare performance reports
- Help design and run A/B tests to boost engagement and retention
- Manage and update customer journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Research CRM trends, best practices, and competitor activities

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
- Interest in customer retention and digital marketing
- Basic knowledge of CRM or email automation tools
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
