The ideal candidate is a dynamic and highly goal-oriented professional with previous experience as a Department Manager or Floor Manager, gained within the Fashion and/or Lifestyle sectors. The Department Manager reports directly to the Store Manager.
- Leadership Presence: Lead by example as a transformational mentor who drives sales excellence, fosters a positive team culture, and ensures seamless communication and top-tier service standards;
- Deliver the Customer Experience: Cultivate a high-performance selling environment by coaching the team to deliver transformational experiences, personalizing the customer journey to drive repeat business, and ensuring service standards that prioritize long-term client relationships;
- Represent the Brand: Serve as a brand ambassador, maintaining visual and operating standards, and leveraging in-store technology to deliver a consistent lifestyle experience;
- Operational Excellence: Perform store opening and closing procedures, manage accurate POS transactions and inventory functions, and adhere to company policies with a focus on loss prevention and operational integrity;
- Drive the Business & Deliver Results: Maximize sales performance and floor productivity, managing resources and cultivate relationships to drive business growth.
- +8 years of experience in Fashion and/or Lifestyle environment;
- Strong personal leadership and customer relations experience;
- Very good knowledge of German and English.
Location: Munich (Germany)
Salary range: €45.000 – 55.000
