We are looking for a highly skilled Process Integration Manager (PIM) (f/m/d) to strengthen our global SAP rollout organization. In this role, you will drive end‑to‑end process alignment across multiple process areas and ensure that our SAP template is consistently implemented across diverse business units and regions.
The PIM function becomes active whenever a topic touches more than two process houses, requires cross-functional alignment, or lacks a clear end‑to‑end owner. You will act as moderator, integrator, and orchestrator, ensuring that engineering, procurement, production, logistics, finance, and service work seamlessly together in our Engineer‑to‑Order (ETO) environment.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys complex challenges, builds alignment across functions, and ensures stable and scalable process execution.
Key Responsibilities
-
End-to-End Integration & Governance
-
Lead and coordinate cross-process SAP integration topics across the ETO value chain (from bid management to engineering, procurement, production, project delivery, and after-sales service).
-
Govern ETO process flows within SAP, ensuring alignment between Engineering, Sourcing, Production, Logistics, Finance, Controlling, and Service.
-
Identify process integration gaps and ensure consistent and scalable process design within the SAP template.
-
Drive continuous improvement across supply chain, production, engineering, and project controlling processes.
Cross‑Functional Facilitation & Orchestration
-
Moderate workshops involving multiple process houses to define scope, acceptance criteria, dependencies, and solution paths.
-
Align stakeholders in topics where “everyone is involved but no one is in the lead.”
-
Break down E2E requirements into actionable work packages, assign them to the appropriate workstreams, and steer execution.
Data Governance & Consistency
-
Ensure proper data ownership and governance across master data domains:
-
Materials
-
Projects
-
Work centers
-
Vendors
-
Customers
-
Support harmonization and standardization of data structures required for ETO processes.
Risk, Escalation & Change Management
-
Proactively identify risks, integration gaps, and cross‑process dependencies.
-
Manage conflicts and competing priorities across functions and regions.
-
Initiate escalations where needed (e.g., resource constraints, conflicting goals, missed deadlines).
-
Prepare cross-functional topics and change requests for decision-making in the established governance bodies.
