Das sollten Sie mitbringen:
Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst, in der Vertriebsadministration oder einer vergleichbaren kaufmännischen Funktion
Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie ein souveränes und professionelles Auftreten
Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und internen Ansprechpartnern
Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Hohes Maß an Belastbarkeit
Sehr gute MS Office und ERP-Kenntnisse sowie eine strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
Ihre Aufgaben:
Proaktive Betreuung und Beratung der zugeordneten Kunden als zentrale Ansprechperson für alle kundenrelevanten Themen
Unterstützung der Key Account Manager im Tagesgeschäft sowie Mitarbeit bei Vertriebsaktivitäten und Verkaufsaktionen
Eigenständige Bearbeitung und Abwicklung von Kundenaufträgen und Beantwortung von Anfragen zu Lieferterminen, Preisen, Dokumentationen und Zertifikaten
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen wie Arbeitsvorbereitung, Logistik und Versand zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Auftrags- und Lieferprozesses
Bearbeitung von Reklamationen sowie Unterstützung bei der Lösungsfindung
Pflege und Aktualisierung von Kunden- und Stammdaten im ERP-/ CRM-System
Aktive Mitarbeit an Verbesserungsprojekten im Rahmen des Avantor Business Systems
