Deine Aufgaben
- Schichtleitung übernehmen und den täglichen Store-Betrieb reibungslos sicherstellen
- Mitarbeitereinsatzpläne erstellen und optimieren
- Sicherstellen, dass jedes Gericht unseren hohen Qualitäts- und Hygieneanforderungen entspricht
- Lieferungen annehmen, Inventar verwalten und den Store organisiert halten
- Neue Teammitglieder einarbeiten und unterstützen
- Das Team motivieren und inspirieren, um ein positives, effizientes und angenehmes Arbeitsumfeld zu schaffen

Your tasks
- Lead shifts and keep daily store operations running smoothly
- Plan and optimize staff schedules
- Ensure every dish meets our high standards and hygiene rules
- Receive deliveries, manage inventory, and keep the store organized
- Train and support new team members
- Motivate and inspire your team to create a fun, efficient, and positive work environment
