Darüber hinaus ist sie/er für die Kundenakquise und das Interessentenmanagement zuständig und setzt Projektmarketing‑Maßnahmen sowie Objektpräsentationen um.

Laufende Vermietungs- und Akquisetätigkeiten
Unterlagenbestand (Grundrisse, Schnitte, Ausstattung) prüfen sowie Unterlagen (Angebote, DS,CS , E-Mail-Verkehr) in SharePoint einpflegen
Dein Profil
Studium oder k aufmännische Ausbildung vorzugsweise im Immobilienbereich
Erste bis mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Vermietung von Gewerbeflächen von Vorteil
Kenntnisse in MS-Office und grundsätzliche Affinität zu EDV-Programmen
Ausgeprägtes u nternehmerisches Denken und Vertriebsorientierung
Souveränes Auftreten bei a usgeprägte r Service ‑ und Lösungsorientierung
Hohe Kommunikations - und Team fähigkeit
