What we expect from you
- Completed training in the hospitality or events industry
- Initial experience in the international hospitality industry
- Experience managing small to medium-sized groups
- A friendly and communicative demeanor
- Very good German and English language skills
- Proficiency with computers
- Organizational skills and sales talent
- Ability to work under pressure, flexibility, and initiative
