You will work in the online mail order department advising our customers via phone sales and phone-based support. In particular, this involves providing our customers with extensive product descriptions and targeted consultations (sales pitch), as well as providing helpful, forthcoming support for all problems related to the operation and functionality of our products (support).
- In the area of returns, you will process incoming product returns, checking and testing the products in accordance with defined criteria and determining the action to be taken.
- Occasionally, you will support our staff with internal processes, for example, in dispatch.

Your profile:

You have completed your studies in system integration or system electronics, graduating with above-average grades, or have a comparable qualification.
- You are an excellent communicator, both on the phone and in person, and enjoy working in a team. Self-motivation and flexibility are a matter of course for you, as is being able to work independently.
- Excellent German is essential, with good English or French an advantage.
