Description
You are a self-starter that can bring structure, fresh ideas and is able to build a strong team, all while achieving optimal sales results. Your team consists of a sales manager, finance manager, 3 administrative colleague’s and a team of ~15 service engineers / service supporting roles. The finance and sales manager also have a reporting line to the global functional leaders. You report to the CCO. You ideally have proven general management capabilities, like to be actively involved in sales and have experience with capital goods.
