CSA Frankfurt is looking for an Accounting and Admin Assistant to support our day-to-day operations. This position is perfect for an organized, proactive, and service-oriented candidate.

- Receiving, processing, and verifying accuracy of daily retail sales.

Preparing and making bank deposits for both Euro and U.S. dollar accounts.

Maintaining and controlling the petty cash fund.

Manage the monthly Spot Check for the CSA Board members.

Submitting and tracking maintenance and service requests.

Managing Fieldhouse, dance studio and bouncy houses rentals, including calendar management, contracts and liability waivers.

Control of the key log and fobs for all CSA employees.

Requesting Visitors Access Requests and escorting vendors into the consulate or Fieldhouse.

Assist and ensure completion of all new-hire paperwork, including the security investigations for employees and concessionaires.

Provide general administrative and operational support to the General Manager as needed.

Assist the Finance Manager with administrative tasks, such as organizing employee files, scanning documents, and other general office duties.

Assist the Event Specialist with organizing small community events, social media engagement, and cover the newcomers' briefing presentations.

Manage inventory of office supplies and work with the retail team for replenishment.

Ensure CSA storage areas in the Siedlung and Fieldhouse remain organized and functional.
- 1 year of office or administrative experience

This position is a part-time position (up to 20 hours per week).
