You work on live customer projects where data, technology, and operational judgment come together. Together with our product, you identify revenue opportunities and risks in hospital data, help customers understand what matters, and support them in acting on the findings. But you don't stop at the customer: what you learn in the field flows right back into the product, so that what works for one hospital can create value across many.
What that looks like in practice:
-
Working with our technology to analyze hospital data and identify revenue opportunities, risks, and operational issues.
-
Validating findings with our medical experts and the people closest to the underlying hospital processes.
-
Turning complex analyses into clear, actionable insights for customers.
-
Helping customers prioritize findings and supporting the services that address them.
-
Building and improving the analyses, workflows, and customer-facing monitoring that make up our product.
-
Investigating difficult cases and translating what you learn into better product behavior.
-
Helping our technology become more capable and autonomous with every customer project.
You're a student or recent graduate who has already shown that you can turn a messy, open-ended problem into a useful result, whether through an internship, university project, research, or something you built yourself. You learn quickly and want to take on real responsibility early.
Ideal candidate profile:
-
Strong analytical and technical instincts. You can work through messy data, spot patterns, and turn them into conclusions that hold up under scrutiny.
-
You think in outcomes, not tasks. You ask "what does this change for the hospital?" before "what does the ticket say?"
-
You're good with people. You can sit with a medical controller, listen well, and present your findings with confidence.
-
High self-drive. You ship without being asked twice and stay productive when things are ambiguous.
-
AI tools are already part of how you work. You know how to get real leverage from them, where to trust them, and where to check their work.
-
Excellent written and spoken German
-
Real work from day one: customer-facing analysis on live hospital deployments, not an intern project in a drawer.
-
Direct access to the founders and the product team. Your findings shape the roadmap.
-
A front-row seat to how an AI company gets built.
-

At calliora, we help hospitals spend more time caring for patients. Behind every hospital today is an ever more complex, fragmented system, held together by people doing extraordinary amounts of manual work, the quiet heroes who keep it all running. We're building the technology that takes this work completely off people's shoulders and runs it on its own. Clinicians get back to patients, and hospitals can finally be hospitals again. The window for this only just opened: the technology has become powerful enough to do the work itself. But capability was never the hard part. Execution is. Pulling this off in one of the most regulated, highest-stakes environments anywhere takes a rare combination of deep AI expertise, people who know healthcare from the inside, and relentless execution. We have all three. Founded and backed by leading AI researchers, seasoned healthcare-industry veterans, and top-tier investors, we're pointing to the most capable technology ever built at one of the hardest, most important problems there is. A double-digit number of hospitals is running our technology in production already. We're a highly ambitious team in Munich, and we only hire people who share this attitude. If that sounds like you, come build the future with us.
